Try to create a new List.
Select the list template you want to create.
Before you click Create Button, see the URL.
It should be something like http://site/_layouts/new.aspx?NewPageFilename=TEST%2Estp&FeatureId={00bfea71-3a1d-41d3-a0ee-651d11570120}&ListTemplate=120
and List Template ID is there.
